fax problems

When I receive a fax I get a "sucess" status but when I
click to review it, its blank.

I already read and installed the fix mentioned in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 322011

Can you help?

I take that you are using Windows XP to receive fax, correct? Is the box
running XP SP1? You should be running XP SP1.

Also, can you try turning off Anti-Virus software once to check whether this
fixes the problem?
