sometimes when I open a file to read or print, it's
corresponding radio button starts blinking orange and
I've got to close out everything and start over. Does
anyone know what causes this? Thanks!

I'm not entirely sure what you are referring to - do you mean the taskbar at
the bottom of the screen? These buttons will blink if they are trying to get
your attention for something. I have noticed them blinking sometimes at the
wrong times, a problem that can be solved simply by clicking to something
else and then back on the blinking button. But it's not harmful at all.
