How do I scan several documents and a couple of word
files together in one fax? I want to send my cover
letter, resume and a hand written form at one time to one
recipient.

Windows XP Fax does not support the faxing of multiple attachments. The only
way to do that is to fax from Outlook.

You could print the word docs, then scan all docs to a single file
using Microsoft Office Tools / Microsoft Office Document Scanning
(check the box "prompt for additional pages"). When all docs are
scanned, File print to fax
