Windows Update accept possibility missing

When trying to install updates to Windows XP I get as
normal the message: Do you accept the terms of the
pending license Agreement? But, there is no line or
buttons for answering. I have not seen this before in
other XP installtions. Any ideas ?

Are your DPI settings set large? Windows Update doesn't handle high DPI
settings well - check the advanced properties of your video settings and try
lowering it temporarily to view these.
