Only a big guess, BUT do you have any settings in cm or mm
anywhere and it is reading the 2.67 as mm or such.

Jim,

Thanks for the guess, but nowhere do I have anything
obviously in mm or cm. Thanks anyway.

What printer driver are you using? Drivers with the names "HP Color LaserJet
4500" and "HP C LaserJet 4500-PS" (the latter only for if you have the PS
option installed) are supplied in Windows XP. HP also has their own drivers
at

Also, have you tried this with more than one paper size? If it only fails
with one size, you might want to check it's form defination. From the
Printers and Faxes folder, go to File, Server Properties. In the Forms tab,
find the name of the form that you are having trouble with. If it shows any
margin values besides zero, try using a form with a different name that is
the same size as your paper or create one to use if there isn't one already
there.

Thanks for your suggestions. I am using an HP Color
LaserJet 4500 driver. I have tried others but the
problem persists. The problem generally occurs with
regular 8 1/2 x 11 inch sheets and I have not had the
problem with other sizes, maybe because I have little
occasion to use other sizes. All margins are set to zero
on the forms page that you suggested that I take a look
at.One thing I have noticed in the last 2-3 days is that
this error usually occurs on the second and subsequent
print jobs of the same file.

Thanks again,

Don
