Can anyone help? My Dell computer crashed for reasons
unknown and XP (Home version) was just reinstalled.
Printer (HP Deskjet 870CXI) worked fine before the crash.
The printer works fine with another computer. The print
driver will install but test page and note/word pad will
not print anything. Any ideas? I have gone through all
the troubleshooting steps mutiple times. Many thanks!!
