Save your disk space and don't waste your time on the
useless Tweak User Interface. You can do everything it can
with the proper clicks. go>start\search\change preferences
and turn off balloon tips here. For pop-ups
go>start\control panel\folder options\view tab and scroll
down to the bottom and uncheck "show pop-up descriptions;"
and if you want to turn off the "highlight newly installed
programs" then go>right click start then click
properties\start menu tab-customize button\advanced tab
and uncheck "Highlight newly installed programs" Need any

On the contrary, TweakUI is an extremely useful program which I
recommend to everyone.

Absolutely true. There's nothing TweakUI can do that can't be
done without it. But most of those things require registry
editing without TweakUI. Using TweakUI to do something instead of
editing the registry directly is both far easier and far safer.
