1/
use 'printscreen' key - captures 'fullscreen image'
2
use 'alt+printscreen' keys - capture active window'
3/
then
use msword/paint/adobe acrobat/etc - paste-in and
save all images incl those w/text-or-graphics/
4/
or
use msword/notepad/wordpad/etc - paste-in and save
all images w/only-text/
5/
then
print - any saved file/image
6/
and note
clipbrd.exe/clipboard/must be activated to keep the
'image active' for paste-in - and to activate - ie
a/
go start/run - clipbrd.exde
b/
or
go start/msword/edit/click on - clipboard

Did you really mean NotePad (which doesn't work for
me on my WinXP Pro system)? Or did you mean WordPad
(which does work for me)?

if 'notepad' doesn't work at all - you might want to
reload it - else just use msword/wordpad - tho meant
all-3 - as they all work here - and you can try this
on the 'results report of checkdisk' as a test -
ie
go start/control panel/perf...and maint/admin tools/
go event viewer/application log/
go scroll to - winlogon/open/
go click on - 'copy to clipboard icon'/below arrows/
then
open msword/notepad/wordpad - to paste-in 'results rpt'/
and
take it fr there
