Preview Fax

Greetings !!

Everytime I were preview the fax before sending out but I
having some problem as below:

1) The fax was unclear although my original document is
very clear but when I preview it the whole fax document is
very unclear and contains a lot of dot for my whole image.

Is anyone could help me on that ?? It is very urgent for
me.
