Fax console

Have NEVER been about to install fax capabilities
correctly on my XP. I cannot locate "fax console" and do
get message that file fxscfgwz.dll cannot be located.
HELP, HELP please. I have originals of Office XP
Professional and still am not able to add component for
fax to work. I need this feature badly. I'll try
anthing! TX

Have you tried service pack 1 update? My fax consul would not work for ages
until I updated yesterday and works a treat now.

Put your Windows XP CD in drive.....(Not Office XP, but Windows XP)

If the CD auto loads......click on "Install Optional Windows Components."

Then, make sure "Fax Services" has a check in it.
