First off try reseting the printer by unplugging it for a
few seconds then plug it back in. All the jobs you have
tried to print are still sitting in the printer cache.
Next try changing your spooling settings by going to your
printer folder and selecting properties for the designated
printer. Next click on the Advanced tab and it should be
in the center of your interface. If you continue to have
