CAN'T PRINT

I HAVE A HEWLETT PACKARD DESKJET 812C AND EACH TIME I TRY
TO PRINT IT HAS A ? NEXT TO THE PRINTER ICON ON THE
BOTTOM RIGHT HAND CORNER OF MY SCREEN.
PLEASE HELP ME.

Please turn off your Caps Lock key. It's considered shouting, is extremely
rude and makes the posting very difficult to read.

Unisntall and reinstall the printer using the instructions at:
http://www.coribright.com/Windows/Article%20One.htm

The latest drivers for this printer are included with XP, so once the PC is
rebooted, use the Add Printer Wizard to install.
