XP photo printing cuts off last line

When printing photos from the XP printing wizard, the last
line of the page doesn't quite finish. This has ruined a
lot of photos when printing three 4x6s per page. It
appears that the red ink doesn't seem to make the last
pass, and the bottom 1/4 inch or so of the picture is
ruined.

I'm running XP Pro on a Dell Inspiron 8200, and printing
with a Lexmark X83. I've reinstalled the drivers from
scratch, and have replaced the ink cartridges.

Any thoughts?
