Does anyone have the fix for the "VPN Client Cannot
Establish a Connection After You Install a Service Pack"

Because I have an OEM XP Licence Microsoft do not wnat to
help!! Very Poor

Call your OEM dealer, they are solely responsible for support for your copy
of WinXP. That's part of their license, and they should be able to obtain
the fix for you.
