Ken, WIndows NT used Level 2 (kernel mode) drivers and
WIndows XP use Level 3 (user mode) drivers. I am not sure
how your office is configured for printing but it sounds
like you need to load the newer drivers on your print
queues so you can use the new level 3 drivers. Are your
print queues hosted on NT still or WIndows 2000?
