I just received my new computer that came with Windows XP
Home Edition. I downloaded printer software (the latest
version) for the HP 2210 4-in-one Printer. It prints
documents beautifully, but will not download pictures from
the memory card that is inserted. When I attempt to
activate the download function, it gives me an error
message that reads "The device or drive does not contain
any images, or it is missing its storage medium (i.e. such
as a memory card)." The printer is the only device I have
installed and it appears in the Control Panel under
Printers as well as Scanners. What am I missing here? I
previously used this same printer with my old computer
that was running Windows 98 and never had a problem. The
printer is and always was connected through a USB port.
