Automated Windows XP Updates?

Hi there,

Is it possible to set up Windows XP to automatically check
for Windows updates?

Or can you just set it to prompt you to do so? If so how
do you set this up?

Open XP's "Help and Support: and type: UPDATES , and hit enter.
Click on the task titled: "Turn on automatic updates".
