If I'm reading you correctly you said when you added the
new printer it still printed on the old printer, make
sure your new printer is set as the default printer, go
into the control panel, then printers, find your new
printer, right click on it and set as default printer, if
this doesnt work, you may need to go to the canon website
and get an updated driver thru the support link., good
