Does anyone have a clue what would cause me to need to
start my computer twice each time? I'm running Windows XP
on a generic P4 system.
Everytime I shut down my computer and turn it back on. XP
won't load properly. I'll need to manually reset the
computer. It'll take me to list of options. The only one
that will work is "Start the computer normally". And then
OS will load. Is this a software problem or hardware
issue? Thanxs.
