Once I have completed a document (text or graphics) and
click on the print icon or click file and then print my
computer locks. My only way to get around this is to
click file, the print preview, then the icon next to the
printer icon. This icon just looks like a bigger printer
or maybe a laser printer.
My system is win2000 home edition, computer and all in one
printer is HP. HP help areas can not offer any solution.
And when I go through the above procedure to get something
to print, It will only print one page of the document.
