Hi.
I have a HP Deskjet 722C, and I recently upgraded from
Windows 98 to XP and can no longer print. I doubt the
problem lies with the printer, though, because my device
manager shows that the LPT port is not working. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled the port, upgraded the
driver...you name it. Everything the troubleshooter told
me to do, I did. It finally told me "Guess we can't help
ya," in so many words.
Anyone have any other suggestions? When I try to print,
the error message that comes up says "Error: Document
could not print. (Code 10)."
Thanks for any and all suggestions.
