when i first added my printer to my new computer, it
generated the test page with all the lines, with parts of
the lines slightly out of the line, and you are supposed
to choose which line looks the straightest. i cancelled
out of that before i could choose, and can't find it
again. i think part of the problem is that i don't know
what the test is called, to search for it.
any help is appreciated
mike

Go to the Control Panel and click on Printers & Faxes.

Right click on the Printer in question and select Properties. There should
be a Maintenance tab here with the Alignment tool on it.
