What do I do to make all my Internet shortcuts on my
desktop open to maximized window size? I've succeeded in
getting IE 6.0 to open maximized but the rest open to a
semi-minimized screen. I know I can drag the screen to
take up most of the desktop but I prefer to have it open
maximized.
Thank you for your suggestions,
Anthony

Open a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.
Another option is to use IE maximizer

To make a shortcut open to maximized size right click on the shortcut and
select properties. In the Run window change Normal Window to Maximized The
problem is that links on webpages will not open that way and it is why I
suggest to stretch it to full screen and then click File and Close. This
size will then be retained. If for some reason you want all links to open
Maximized there are 3rd party apps that will do this for you.

How many shortcuts do you have ? May be easiest yo just open each one and
select the Maximize option as instructed.
