Printing Error - Access Denied

Hi Murray, try this - it's worked for me:

At the top of your browser, click on Tools then Internet
Options. Then click on the 'Advanced' tab on the far
right. Scroll down under the 'browser' section until you
come to 'Enable third-party browser extensions. Make sure
this is UNCHECKED. Then reboot your system and you should
be able to print ok (if your problem was the same as mine)
