View Full Version : Ruler bar at top of screen

My ruler bar has suddenly changed to something other than
inches. I have gone to options and it is still measured
in inches. When I go to set a tab from the dialog box,
the measurements are different. If I want to set a tab at
2", in the box it has a number with a "ch" next to it.
How do I get it back to the orginal configeration?

Word and PowerPoint have rulers. I normally don't say this but Office or
related program newsgroups may be the place for this one.

Yes they do and I agree, the question belongs on a board related to whatever
application about which the question relates but we can't even direct her
because we don't know!<VBG>

I take blind guesses on posts of this kind if I have any familiarity whit
what IS said. I think, or at least hope, we directed her in the right
direction. She's always welcome back, and if someone knows the answer, they
probably will post it :)
