When I try to go into display setting it says that system
admin has it lock out but I am the system admin how can I
fix this.

Hi Robert,

Restore the Desktop and Screensaver Tabs (Line 128)

To use the Regedits: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
