quicken not printing

When I try to print from my quicken 2001 program, I get
an error message and xp closes my quicken program. I
tried to set my default printer and I received the same
error message and it closed down. Do I need to uninstall
& reinstall?

What is the error message?
What kind of printer is it?
Can you print from any other application?

If you can print from every other program and application successfully, then
check the www.intuit.com website for updates to Quicken 2001.
