i already have xp on my computer, i want do a new
installation on the same computer. Will I be able to
still activate and register my xp.

Hi,

Yes, as the hardware is the same, you will be able to reactivate (there is
no need to reregister). There is a bit of a legal issue, as you are only
allowed one install on one machine, but it will work.
