I have a HP 6000 I want to wipe clean and install the
original factory fresh software so I can sell my PC! Will
I have to reactivate XP and can I transfer ownership to
another person?

I assume that this means you want to return the HP 6000 to its factory state
and sell it. If you do, then you must also sell the operating system that
it came with; you can't retain it and expect to install it on another
machine. Since it's an OEM version of the O/S, it may or may not need
reactivation. If it does, let the new buyer reactivate it.
