I already had one of these printers & was using it fine
with Windows XP. When the printer broke and I replaced
it with the exact same one - it won't print.
When I re-install the printer software it says the file is
missing (what file?). I down-loaded the latest software
for printer drivers and I still get the same message. It
won't even recognize that printer under "Printers
connected".
I have contacted HP and they have told me the same thing 4
times - to unistall, re-install, turn the computer off &
on. I do the same thing over & over - it still won't work.
