HP 930C printer ,PLEASE HELP.

When I try to print off the internet the debugger pops up.
But it won't let me debug, or print.I can print from
From excel and word,word pad .I tried to reenstall my
printer,update and kick it,lol.PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!
