Good Morning Everyone,
I have xp pro set up as a workstation to small business
server 2000. When I create a file in Microsoft Word 2002
and try to send as a fax I keep getting the fax wizard to
open up with the default original fax printer driver as
the default location that the file will be sent to for
faxing. I have to continue to go into the browse button
and point it to the \\SBS200servername\sharedfax for a
file to be faxed out properly. Is there a way to correct
this situation? I do not know if just deleting the
original fax printer driver installed with xp pro will
break the fax service. Thank you for your time and help.
Gratefully appreciate you feedback.

Do you also have a local fax modem? You should have either the remote or the
local fax printer installed, not both.
