I've been trying to connect a Windows XP Pro workstation
to a Fiery Server to send printing jobs to the printer (a
Xerox Doc 12 color copier) that's connected to the
server. This server is on a WAN. I try to connect thru
the printer wizard using the IP address of the server and
the printer name (i.e. \\ipaddress\printername) but I
always get an error message that the printer can't be
found. Am I doing this wrong? Has anyone else been
through this and found a solution?
