Ron,

1. Start - Run - msconfig
2. go to Startup Tab.
3. Find the entry that deals with boudreau.exe and
uncheck it.
4. OK and restart.

Next, you need to get rid of the file.
5. Go to http://www.wyvernworks.com/lavasoft.asp and
download Ad Aware.
6. Install and run this program which will find any
malware or spyware and delete it.
7. Live happily ever after
