receive same update repeatedly

Each time I am notified of updates ready to be installed,
the only thing I get is 811493. It was installed about ten
times before I started checking "Details". Can you assist
me,please. I am using windows xp pro.

I noticed that Kelly has a fix for this, so it must be a common
problem. Line 272, right "Prevent prompting for hotfix 811493".
