View Full Version : linking folders so i can move programs/data to other partition?

my primary boot/program partition is full, therefor i need
to move my appz data and My documents or what ever to
another existing hard disk (partition). how do i do this
and keep the links (addresses in tack? is there a better
way?

Hi Billy,

You can use TweakUI to move "special" folders. Go to:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp

As to programs, they should be uninstalled and reinstalled to the other
partition using the custom setup options.
