startup disk

I'm trying to make a startup disk for windows XP.
And having problem following the step by step
instructions.

I've formated a new floppy disk. I've copied two files,
ntldr and ntdetect.com onto the new floppy.

But how do I copy or create boot.ini file?

I could not find this file anywhere!
Please let me know what I should do next!

Right-click MY COMPUTER and select:

Properties > Advanced > Startup and Recovery Settings > Edit
