I have a Dell computer with a Celeron processor, 1.8 MHz
with 128 MB RAM and 60GG harddrive running at 7200 rpm. I
am using a Broher HL1440 laser printer. I run Windows XP
Home Edition and Corel Worperfect 10 both prepackaged and
preinstalled.
When I try to print .wpd documents out of the Correl 10
program the program freezes up on me. I have to exit the
program completely, coming all of the eway out to the
Directory, then re-eentering it. When I do t his, I get a
Windows error message. asking me if I want to report the
problem. Whe I do so, and send the error message to
Microsoft I never, ever, get an answer or response. When
I go back into the Corel 10 Directory and .wpd file I was
working on, the second time, then it will print, but not
the first time. Dell and Brothers product hel say this is
a Windows XP prboblem and their hardware is not at fault.
What do I do next to correct the problem or get a reponse
from Microsoft? I never had this problem with Windows 2000
or ME.

No, it's a Corel problem. There's apparently a patch at the Corel website
at www.corel.com
