Unexpected "Shutdowns" and "Resets" are often caused by
incompatible programs. If you can trace the problem to a
particular program, right-click the icon for the offending
software, select Properties and then the Compatibility
tab, and then try running that program under an older
Windows version. You can also try the Compatibility Wizard
in the "Help and Support" section. Good luck.
