I have a Canon BJC1000. I have upgraded to and installed
(per Canon instructions) their Windows XP printer driver.

I am able to print from applications (Microsoft Works, for
example)but I cannot print anything from the internet. I
click on "Print" and nothing happens; I go to "File,
Print" on the toolbar and nothing happens; I go to "File,
Print Preview and - you guessed it - the screen is blank.

Any ideas on the problem? The printer was fine when I was
running Windows ME.

Regards

Dan

When you upgraded to XP did you keep the printer connected during the
upgrade? If so, the drivers have probably become corrupted.... do a total
uninstall and reinstall using the following instructions:

Since Canon printers are particularly fussy about this, install the software
BEFORE connecting the printer. The software will tell you when to connect
it.
