receiving faxes

I am getting the same problem. When attempting to receive
fax the following message occurs: "An attempt to receive a
fax has failed". Then another message will pop up telling
me "An error occurred while receiving the fax". Any ideas
how to correct this problem? I can send, but not receive
a fax. Thanks.
