Silly question - How do I make the task bar only one icon
high? I pulled it double height by accident, and cannot
make it go back. The bar is unlocked, but won't go back
to single height.

Thanks

Hi John,

Right click the Desktop/Properties/Appearance/Advanced. Under the Item drop
box choose Caption Buttons and change the number by one, ok your way out,
then rest to 25.

And/or reset your default to the XP Theme.

Another option to consider if the above doesn't help, nor moving the glider
over toward the Start Button to list only three icons in the Quick Launch
bar:

Restore the Taskbar to Default Functionality (Line 164)

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
