My task bar is double-high. Help!

How do I return the task bar to normal (1 icon high)
height? I stretched it to double height by mistake. I
have unlocked it, and tried to force it down by holding
the left mouse and grabbing it, but no dice.

John,
Unlock the taskbar again, then hover the pointer over the border till it
turns into a double pointed arrow. Hold left mouse button down, then drag to
the correct size and relock.
