I have a user machine that is missing the Desktop tab in
the Display properties. The user also has trouble in the
new start menu (classic works fine). Run, Help, Search
all ask if you want to delete the icon - never gives you
run, help, or search. I do not know what the user had
done before this problem occurred - only the results.
Any suggestions about how to get them back?

Hi Lucinda,

Restore the Desktop and Screensaver Tabs (Line 128)
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
