Print spooler error

I cannot print. When I try I get the error
message "Windows cannot connect to printer. Print Spooler
service is not running." Then I checked the Printer
folder, and it appears to be installed, and yet it wont
print. Then I tried to add a printer to re-install my
printer and I get the message " Operation could not be
completed." There was nothing in help for printers that
addressed this problem. What can I do to fix this problem?

Hello,

In order to restart the Print Spooler Service, right click on My Computer
and choose Manage. On the left side of the screen, double-click to open
Services and Applications, then click on Services. On the right pane,
right-click on the Print Spooler and select Start.
