Envelopes on HP 9000 Printer Upside Down

[Diana Matchett]

Envelopes view correctly in print preview, but print
upside down on this printer. Contacted HP, with no
resolution. Even when I change the rotation, they still
print upside down. Any help anyone can give will be
greatly appreciated.

With what software application are you trying to print the envelopes?
