XP Volume Control Mixer

No I use the mixer to set the master levels for such as
Wave, Midi, Line in etc. Then balance the system sound
levels with the volume control. The problem is that the
mixer levels seem to have their own mind and set
themselfs to random settings on a restart from a shut
down.
