When I first open my home page and click on one of my
favorites I get this message:
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close. It really never reports the error to Microsoft as
I've seen that when it actually happens.
In the details for the closer it states that it's
probably a smart pop problem. It gives me the web site.
At that site it says to go to my control panel and
uninstall Network Essentials. I don't have that in my
machine. I've looked for it in files and folders, only
it's not there to be found.
This is very annoying since smart pops has yet to answer
my three emails requests for assistance.
Anyone out there having the same problem that might be
able to help? It would be greatly appreciated.
