"Send to" flips me back to desktop

When I am in 'my computer' and I right click on 'send to'
the systems flashs and sends me back to my desktop.
Why? How do I fix this problem?

What exactly happens. Everything in sendto, the menu itself, why are you =
right clicking sendto or did you mean on the r/c menu.

Can you drag and drop in the shell, both to move and to drop data files =
on exe files.
