I just hooked up my printer to my new notebook using the
software from the usb cable connector.

My printer is still doing what it was doing when it was
hooked up to the other computer. It doesn't print until
you turm the computer off. When you turn the computer
back on it prints the intended copy and then "spits" out
several copies some of which contain unrecognizable
symbols and other pages are just totally blank.

It's a puzzle.

I think you need to unisntall your printer and install it correctly...!
